Small group training consists of 1 instructor per small groups of up to “10 team members”. In this environment, our personal trainers become more like coaches – that build and create a common purpose and successful team environment.

Our small group training programs incorporate equipment that is used both within personal training and large group fitness classes, as well as indoor and outdoor spaces. Typically, small group training programs are conducted over 4 weeks – with participants members attending 2-3 session per week.

Small group training courses are varied in structure and commence at regular intervals throughout the year.
