The Macksville Memorial Aquatic & Fitness Centre (MMAFC) hosts a variety of ad-hoc and regular events annually, and to make bookings easy we have created three types of booking forms to cover the broad range of events.

Should you feel that one of the below booking forms does not suit your event, please complete the general booking form and email this to the Facility Manager via macksville@communityaquatics.com.au.

When making your booking, please include “any and all” details to better assist the Facility Manager appreciate the type of event you wish to conduct.

All ‘Hirers’ must be aware of the relevant facility policies when using the MMAFC. Please refer to, Facility Policies – Public (click here)

SCHOOL SWIMMING CARNIVALS & SCHOOL LEARN TO SWIM PROGRAMS

All school bookings are to be made via the MMAFC School Programs and Activity Booking Form.

We strongly advise that all school supervisors are familiar with the below guidelines when creating their activities at the MMAFC;

GENERAL FACILITY BOOKING

All persons wishing to book any part of the facility to conduct activities as; individuals or professional services such as those listed below, are to use the General Booking Form.

BIRTHDAY PARTY BOOKINGS

All persons, young and old, wishing to book a Birthday Party are to use the Birthday Party Booking Form.
